Up bright and early to run to the printer and get vinyl printouts of Elijah’s board designs for Double-Cross and Argyle, as the team dug into further development of the projects at hand.
I spent much of the afternoon writing copy for the online game descriptions, and the day passed very quickly as the hive buzzed in production mode. By days end I’ve Got a Theory was near completion, and Elijah had moved on to revisiting the balance of equations in the Graphing Go game.[fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”]
We broke for a magnificent feast of beer-can-chicken and garden fresh salad prepared by the incredible Pamela (Mrs. Shad), with a homemade dessert of chocolate birthday cake for Kidany who turned 25 today.
After dinner we celebrated with a game night of Othello and Liar’s Dice. The latter might be as contentious a game as I have seen in years – worse than Risk. Amara threw up a cloud of distracting babble at his opponents who became frustrated and began to jammer back in a mimicking way. It was difficult for Waleska and I to focuse on our game of Othello
due to the shouting. The Liar’s Dice crowd seemed to be getting a bit sniffy with each other when I called it a night.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
