FACULTY PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Microlearning, Certificate Programs & Workshops

The college offers a range of opportunities for faculty to enhance their skills and knowledge through self-paced courses, microlearning courses, and synchronous training sessions. All of these professional development opportunities help faculty members stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies, and support their ongoing professional growth.

Microlearning

Microlearning is a teaching strategy where educational material is delivered in manageable, bite-sized portions that are simple to comprehend and remember. The microlearning format aims to give learners the knowledge and abilities they need to carry out certain activities or address particular problems without overwhelming them with too much information at once.
