Viewing your grades, and following up on any instructor feedback, is an important part of your success in college. There are two ways to see your grades in Brightspace: from the Grades tool on the navigation bar or from the Class Progress tab on the navigation bar. Recommended: Viewing from the Grades Tab
This is the most accurate way to view your grades.
To view your grades in Brightspace, follow these instructions:
- Go to your Brightspace course homepage.
- Click on the Grades tool on the navbar.
- You will see a list of all the graded activities in the course, along with your grades for each one.
- This will open a new page with more information about the grade, such as the rubric, your feedback, and any comments from your instructor.
- Note: If your instructor has not released your grades yet, you will see a message that says, “Grade not yet released.”
How to View your Grades in the Class Progress tab
You can also view your grades in the Class Progress tab. The Class Progress tab is a good place to get a quick overview of your progress in the course.
- Go to your Brightspace course homepage.
- Click on the Class Progress tab on the navbar.
- Your grades will be displayed in the Grades Received section.
