Mr. Fabián Wander is the Director of the Health and Wellness Center at Hostos Community College.
Mr. Wander discusses how we can create a learning environment in which students feel safe and willing to cooperate with classroom rules. He also guides us in how we can help troubled students and deescalate any problems that might arise in the classroom.
