Teaching Using Groups

On Monday, February 23, 2015, a small group of faculty met to begin the focus of teaching using groups.  We formed the focus group to share best practices and to share our experiences incorporating group work in our classes.  The focus group is under the auspices of the Center for Teaching and Learning.  Our next meeting is Wednesday, March 14, at 12:30 p.m. in C591, the Business Department Conference Room.  The two questions we will discuss are:  Why use group work and how do you form groups?  Everyone is invited to join the focus group, and no one is under any obligation to remain in the focus group.  We will meet monthly with a different topic or set of questions.
